The Surfcoast Picnic Company are aware of the challenges of food allergy sufferers. All our products are outsourced through third party local suppliers, and where not provided on the packaging itself, a list of ingredients is available under the SUPPLIER tab on our website. If you have any questions or concerns over ingredients, please speak to a member of our team.
We can supplement products to suit vegetarians and we already provide mostly Gluten free produce. Further supplements can be made for Gluten free at no charge. If you are coeliac, and have any allergy concerns please speak to a team member so we can source accurate information from supplier processing sites.
At this time we do not offer any hampers or picnics suitable for vegans as our primary purpose is to support and supply only local produce, and we would not be able to suitably fill a picnic/ hamper with enough locally made vegan produce.
Hamper & Picnic Orders
All orders must be paid in full prior to delivery. Delivery charges may apply and are calculated at the checkout according to postcode.
If your postcode is not on the list, please speak to a team member about options for delivery to your specified area. A minimum spend may apply.
For bulk orders outside of our standard delivery areas, please get in touch to arrange a delivery quote.
If you live outside our delivery zones, but wish to purchase a hamper for someone locally, please enter the recipient postcode into the shipping.
Hampers with cold produce may be provided with food grade ice packs on hot days or where an agreed delivery time results in leaving an unattended hamper for up to 90 minutes.
Picnic hampers will be provided inside a cooler bag with a food grade ice pack. Once an agreed time is made for pick up or delivery, it is recommended that the picnic is consumed within 2 hours, with a maximum of 4 hours.
Delivery time for picnics and hampers must be agreed upon between the customer and The Surfcoast Picnic Company, and the company cannot be responsible for goods left unattended if no one is available at the agreed time.
Hamper deliveries are available Monday to Friday 10am-7pm, Saturdays 9am-12pm
Picnic deliveries are available Friday 10am-7pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am-12pm. Please speak to a team member for deliveries outside of these hours. In queiter times this will be likely possible.
All hampers with perishable items should be refrigerated no later than 90 minutes after delivery is accepted. The Surfcoast Picnic company accepts no responsibility for the incorrect handling of high-risk food items once a delivery time has been accepted, and delivery has been finalised.
All care will be taken to ensure the safe delivery and secure drop off of picnics and hampers to unattended premises where agreed upon. However, no responsibility will be taken for damage or theft to hampers after delivery.
Hamper orders close 72hours prior to delivery. Picnic orders must be placed no later than 2pm on Wednesdays for weekend delivery.
