The Surfcoast Picnic Co complies with The Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 (the Act) which regulates the supply and consumption of liquor in Victoria.  Sales of alcohol can only be supplied to person’s over the age of 18, and we reserve the right to check ID’s on delivery of our hampers if required.

We also practice Responsible serving of alcohol and can only sell 1.5litres per person, per day, at this time in line with our liquor licence.
